She became known worldwide when she was featured on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition. She went onto work for Victorias Secret becoming one of their popular Angels. She has also appeared in many different television shows including, Yes Dear, Spin City, Sex and the City, and How I Met Your Mother. She also has starred in several different movies including, Perfect Stranger, The Devil Wears Prada, Blow Dry, and Ella Enchanted. Forbes has listed Klum as the third on the list of the top 15 earning supermodels.

In 2004 Heidi Klum became a executive producer, judge and host of the hit reality show Project Runway. It is featured on the Bravo channel and has designers compete for a chance to show their designs of New York Fashion Week. Heidi Klum received an Emmy Award nomination for the show and the show and Klum were awarded a Peabody award for the show. It was the first time a reality show had received such an award. She along with Tyra Banks are behind the show Germans Next Top Model. Heidi Klum has went on to design many items and have her own perfume. She is also a great painter and has had her paintings in many different magazines. She also has a singing career and has been featured in several different games including Guitar Hero.
